When launching their new visual identity to the global leader in retail marketing, with over 25,000 staff. At the start of 2022, was ready to launch their new visual identity but faced a recognizable challenge: how to get all 80,000 engaged?

Getting an extra audience of
worldwide users engaged in
a new visual identity, by
letting them quick touring.

Urban Space had a strong e-commerce platform and unique home decor products but were lacing the right communication to increase reach and growth in the market. They were unaware of the right online tools which could help them in tapping the digital market. A major challenge was to build a new image and identity for their social media, in a way that matches the trend and is relatable. 

While its competitor brands were grabbing sales through the online medium,  Urban Space struggled to create a brand identity on digital platforms. They wanted to build designs and communication which would make them stand out in the market and create an everlasting impact.

By understanding their concerns and developing well defined strategies, we revamped their brand communication and identity which helped them in growing their sales and online audience. 

  1. The first step was to redesign the logo and build a smart identity symbol which talked about their brand.
  2. We formulated multiple social media marketing campaigns that talked about their brand, its uniqueness and what made it distinct.
  3. Aggressive social media marketing with regular posting helped us boost their online engagement.
  4. We planned different social media activities which were platform- centric and helped in reaching a wider audience.
  5. Influencer marketing helped us in building the credibility and followers of the page.
  6. Various performance marketing campaigns were run to bring fresh sales.

Their offline activities were branded with designs that attracted the customers and made them feel connected to the feeling of Skoda.
