When launching their new visual identity to the global leader in retail marketing, with over 25,000 staff. At the start of 2022, was ready to launch their new visual identity but faced a recognizable challenge: how to get all 80,000 engaged?

A single cross platform application with a harmonised UX flow that help people embrace the new identity system through interaction.

Challenges

Indians love value for money and are always on the lookout for the best deals when it comes to spending. Moreover, with an individual first culture and the plethora of options available in every city, how do you decide where to go to avail the best deals? Pocket Deal launched itself into the market with a booklet of vouchers/deals/offers but later realised that it was a costly and ineffective way. 

The company aimed to establish itself as one of a kind brand offering discounts on daily essential services like restaurants, spas, salons, hotels, resorts, and others of the like. Pocket deal was launched for people to avail and redeem but due to the lack of popularity, it couldn’t achieve its aim. The major challenge was optimising spends and selection of marketing channels to ensure successful implementation of a 360-degree campaign.

The Approach

Our goal was to establish Pocket Deal through digital market and through planned phases.. We developed an app and replaced the booklet to achieve cost-effective leads.

  1. With proper research and team planning, we approached various restaurants, salons and showrooms that is willing to collaborate with us and offer deals.
  2. Aggressive performance marketing campaigns were run to reach to every nook of the city and create brand awareness.
  3. We focused on maximum application downloads and divided the areas in different tiers to rightly target the audience.
  4. We captivated the audience’s attention through exciting deals and offers that are exclusive to our users and used trending social channels for it.
  5. Personalised digital campaigns were run which helped in app installs and growth.
  6. Driven with the passion to increase app installs, we designed a user-friendly and vibrant website that captivated attention immediately.
  7. Hitting the minds of the audience by understanding what they need, our social media focused on describing various deals and offers running around the city.
